We accept most insurances companies. Please call us if you have questions.

How long is my appointment?

Every appointment is 40 minutes.

Are there private treatment rooms?

Yes. We use private treatment rooms for patient evaluations and treatments.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Bring your insurance card. Any recent test results or referrals from a medical doctor can also be helpful. If there are other specific questions please give us a call.

What do I do if I need to Cancel an appointment?

We understand life gets busy and things come up. Please give us call as soon as possible.

Do I need to see a doctor before coming?

No. Iowa is a direct access state meaning, for most insurance carriers you do not need a doctors referral to attend physical therapy.

*Medicare does require a physician referral.
